The application supports sending of automated
sequential emails that are triggered when a user subscribes, sent in
specific time intervals (after 1 hour, after 2 days, etc). These
sequential emails are autoresponders, found in the left-hand navigation
under Advanced. The process of sending multiple autoresponders is referred to as a drip campaign where a user will get timed follow-up emails. The application also supports custom Auto Responders that are triggered by specific custom fields. For example, say you have a custom field called "Gender" and an autoresponder set up to send out a specific email to a Male contact. When the contact fills in their details in the subscription form and selects Male from the "Gender" option, they will receive this autoresponder. You can then create different autoresponders for females and so forth. |
