Question: Can I send out autoresponder emails when a user subscribes to my contact list? Answer: Yes. The application supports sending of autoresponders (also known as automatic sequential emails) that are triggered when a user subscribes that are sent in specific time intervals, ex. after 1 hour, 2 days etc. To access, head to the Autoresponders section in the the application's control panel. The system also supports custom autoresponders that are triggered by specific custom fields. For example, you have a custom field called "Gender" and an autoresponder set up to send out a specific email to a male contact. When the contact fills in their details in the subscription form and selects 'Male' from the "Gender" option, they will receive that corresponding autoresponder that you set up. You can then create different autoresponders for females and so forth. |
