An effective method of contacting subscribers who have
not subscribed yet is to set up an autoresponder for your contact list.
When you are creating the autoresponder and select 'Only contacts who
match my search criteria (below)', select 'Both Confirmed and
Unconfirmed' under Match Confirmed Status under the Filter By Basic
Details.
Then inside the autoresponder content, include
'%%CONFIRMLINK%%' in the body of the email. By doing this, it will
create a link that unconfirmed users can click to confirm their status.
