How can I update my address to stay CAN-SPAM compliant?
To update your CAN-SPAM information, click on the My Account link in the top right of your My Home page. Your CAN-SPAM information is simply the physical address of the company sending the email, so ensure that the information there is completely accurate.

All customers (and email marketers for that matter) are required under US law to display a physical business address (no PO Box either) inside their outgoing emails. This is dictated under the Federal CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.

This information must be accurate and true. If any accounts are found with inaccurate or misleading address information and results in complaints, your account may be suspended or terminated.
