What is the header that shows up above my emails?
That header is a best practice for email marketing. Here are the details:

What it is

When you create an email and save it, our system automatically saves a copy and hosts it online for you. This is the "Click here to view online" hyperlink that shows up. Don't worry about creating or maintaining this as every time you save, it updates automatically.

It also puts a message prompting the recipient to add your email address to their personal or corporate whitelist/address book. This helps for future deliveries, ensuring emails make it into their inbox and are not mistaken for spam.

Why do I need it?

Many email programs disable images by default, meaning images are not shown when they arrive in the inbox. However, even if your recipient sees nothing but broken images, they will see a link to view the email online as intended. In a sense, this is a backup that ensures your subscribers can view your email.

The message prompts the addition of your email address to whitelist or the address book and will help ensure your message makes it into their inbox time and time again.
