| I sent an email to a test group within my company and we have not received it. |

This is not uncommon and there are steps to correct it: You are using the application to send email to the outside world and you have the ability to customize who the mailing is coming from. (you, Bob in Marketing or even the CEO). For example: let's say you are sending a test message to a small group before you launch your email to your full list. Your team wants to review for approval, so you schedule a mailing and send to a list called Marketing Test Group. However, no one on your list receives it even though the application says it sent. More then likely, your IT department has a safety net in place for this. Your company servers essentially get an email from our system that says "I am X@yourcompanyemail.com." The server doesn't recognize this and assumes the email isn't coming from who you say it is, a good practice to help filter spam. To fix this issue, you simply need to have our servers' IP addresses or the email address it appears to be coming from whitelisted. This puts it in the safe zone and allows emails to come on in.
