How do I know if an email campaign that I schedule has been delivered?
- In the left hand navigation, select Emails and then Email Queue. If your email is scheduled to be deployed and has not gone out yet, it will be listed there with an estimated time of departure. Emails are transferred from the queue to the MTA every two minutes.

- Once your campaign is sent, a report will be found under Reports/Email Campaign Reports in the left hand navigation.

- When scheduling a mailing, you can check a box to be notified when the campaign has begun and when it has finished.

- Note that if your email is in the queue and keeps cycling, contact your support personnel to investigate the issue.
