For example:
Field 1 = Email Address
Field 2 (custom setup by you) = First Name
Field 3 (custom setup by you) = Last Name
Field 4 (custom setup by you) = Company
I can use these individual pieces of custom fields (sometimes referred to as demographics) to personalize a mailing. For example, I may wish to begin my emailing as Dear [Field 2]. This would mail merge the recipient's first name into the mailing. There is no limit when it comes to uploading additional data per recipient and then merging it into a mailing.
