You cannot include attachments in
bulk emails. To Internet Service Providers (ISPs), attachments look like
spammers trying to spread a new virus, especially when sent in bulk.
Your email may never even get into their inbox if you attempt to send
with an attachment.
Additionally, you
wouldn't be able to track when recipients download the PDF. A much
better option is to host your attachment on your web server and create a
link to it. You will then know how many people clicked the link to view
your attachment.
