If you have a domain that you want to suppress so any users at that domain cannot be mailed to (ex. @companyX.com), here's how you do it: - Click Suppression List> Subscribers in the left-hand navigation and then click 'Suppress an Email or Domain'. - Select 'I want to type the email addresses/domains to suppress into a text box.' and then enter in your domain. - Click Save. From that point, any addresses with that domain on future uploads will not be imported. Note: if you are looking to remove existing subscribers with that domain from your lists, contact your support personnel for assistance. You can also remove subscribers from an individual list or mark them as unsubscribes. This is how you do that. |
