The Federal CAN-SPAM Act of 2003
became effective January 1, 2004, in an effort to reduce unsolicited
commercial email. The Act requires all commercial email messages to
contain a true company physical address in all outgoing emails and the
ability to unsubscribe from a list within a single click. Violators can be fined. If you have questions on how to be more CAN-SPAM complaint, contact your support personnel. |
