I am trying to import a list from SalesForce and it's not working.
If you're attempting to pull a list into SalesForce and it's not giving you a choice of custom reports to pull in, your username/password/token are likely incorrect and need to be updated.

You can update these by going to your My Account tab and clicking Salesforce Settings. Update the information there and if accurate, the lists should then be available to pull into the application.

Note that you also need the right version of SalesForce and the correct parameters set up with your SalesForce custom reports. To make sure you're set up correctly, read this article.
