This applies to non-opens for specific campaigns. - In the left-hand navigation, select Lists under the Subscribers tab. - Select a list and hover over the Actions tab. Click Export Contacts. - Select the option to 'Export specific contacts from within the selected contact list' and select the list you want to export from. - On the next screen under Filter By Basic Details, select 'Opened Email Campaign' and choose 'Has not opened'. Then select the campaign you want to filter with. - On the next screen, you will see how many contacts on the list you can export and select additonal export options. Click Next and you'll get a prompt to export. |
