To allow users to modify the details of their account (email address, company name, etc), simply add a "Modify Details" link to your newsletter. You do this by selecting a line of text or an image and selecting the Modify Details form from the dropdown when you click the hyperlink icon in the WYSIWYG editor. This will generate a link in your newsletter that points to a dynamically generated page, allowing your contacts to modify their own details.
