If you're looking to export your list of unsubscribes or bounces, here's how you accomplish it. - In the left-hand navigation, go to Subscribers and then Lists. - Select the list you want to export from and hover over Actions. Select Export Contacts. - Select 'Export specific contacts from within the selected contact list' and then verify the list in which you're exporting from. - Choose Unsubscribed or Bounced from Activity Status. Note that you have to run both exports separately and not combined. - Select any custom fields you also want to export and then, export your list. You can not export specific bounces/unsubscribes from segments, just full lists. |
