Why isn't my information populating in my Salesforce account after I integrated and sent?
There are several protocols a user has to follow with Salesforce integration in order to make activity history get back into Salesforce after a send through the application:

- The version of Salesforce. The application only works with Enterprise, Unlimited & Developer editions. Anything else is unsupported.

- Both Email Address and Lead ID need to be checked off in the Custom Report inside Salesforce in order to pull that information into the application.

Before you send, review the list you've pulled in from Salesforce. If there is no information populated into the Salesforce Lead ID field, no information will be passed back.
