| What are event hooks? |
|
Event hooks are a method to have the application
communicate to an external SOAP API when events occur. Most of the
information in the Event Log can be transmitted from the application in
real time to CRM applications. Events include: • A contact unsubscribes. • A contact bounces. • A contact modifies their details. • A contact opens an email. • A contact clicks a link in an email. This is considered an advanced feature and should only be used by someone familiar with SOAP APIs. Contact your support personnel with questions. Technical Note: cURL is used to push the SOAP Request to the targeted API. |
