My Home The first page you see when you log in to the email application is the home page of your control panel. It gives you statistics from your most recent campaign in the center of the page, navigation to all parts of the program on the left-hand side and access to this Help Center. In the upper right, you can update your CAN-SPAM information, Salesforce settings and password in My Account. If you're a self-service credits purchaser, you will see a link to buy credits. Navigation Menu The navigation menu allows you to quickly navigate to a section that you need for specific functions. Each dropdown element on the left hand side of the screen has several elements nested underneath that allows you to navigate within a certain section. You can also collapse that left-hand section simply by clicking the small icon found on the navigation's border. Most Recent Email Campaign Report In the center of the home page, the most recent email campaign is listed with the high-level features. You can easily view the full report, print it or email a quick overview to whomever you choose. Help Center On the left-hand navigation, you'll find quick links to some of our most popular Help Center articles and to the complete knowledgebase of information. |
