You can sign up with eConnect Email's Monthly Fixed Plan, which starts from as low as $19.95 per month or you can choose to sign up with our Pay As You Send plan, which starts from $35.00 and has no expiration date on the credits purchased.
If you are thinking of purchasing or renting mailing lists and using eConnect Email to send out your campaign, the answer will be NO as we only allow permission-based email marketing.
