Creating Dynamic Content
- Log in to the application and under Advanced in the left hand navigation, selet Dynamic Content.

- Click 'Create Dynamic Content' and give your dynamic content an internal name. Think of this in terms of a specific section (ex. Header, etc.)

- Click Create A Content Snippet and set the criteria for that block ('Who Should See This Content Snippet'). Simply choose the custom field criteria you want to establish (ex. email address contains a certain domain, Sport contains football, etc). As long as you have the custom fields established, you can set up whatever criteria you prefer.

Note that if you've previously created snippets, you can use those as well. You'll see the option to either create a new snippet or use an existing snippet.

- Name your snippet. Make it something unique so you can remember it.

When you create the snippet, you will see the familiar WYSIWYG editor from the email creation portion of the application. Simply create content, upload an external file or import your desired dynamic content into the editor. After you're set to go, just hit 'Save and Exit'.

Note that the first piece of dynamic content you create will be the default. You can always change this later.

To create additional blocks, simply follow the procedure above as many times as you need. You can always go back and edit dynamic content at any time by going through the same process. You'll see the word 'Edit' next to existing blocks of content.

Again, think of it in terms of whatever you want the end user to get. So if you have a zone in your email that will correspond to a custom field that says 'Sports', those blocks should obviously be created with that in mind, including what the default is. If someone has 'Football' in their database, they should get the football piece of content, etc.

Once you're done, make sure you hit 'Save and Exit'.

Now that you've created the content, let's go place it in your email.
