When you view an email report inside the application, you'll see statistics for Total Opens and Unique Opens. The same goes for Total Clicks and Unique Clicks What's the difference between unique and total? - If you sent an email to 10 people and five people opened it, that would be five unique opens. - If you sent an email to 10 people and five peopled opened it twice, that would be 10 total opens. |
