If you have a list
of unsubscribes/hard bounces from a previous email vendor and you want
to upload them into your account so they can't be mailed to, here's how you do it: - Click Suppression List under Subscribers in the left-hand navigation. - You can select a list, a single address or a domain to suppress. You can type them in manually into a text box or upload a file. All you need is email addresses. - Simply upload and save. From that point, any addresses on that list cannot be mailed to, even if they are on an existing list. You can also remove subscribers from an individual list or mark them as unsubscribes. This is how you do that. |
